Welcome to sussexcoastzumba. Dont worry if you can't dance - I teach classes in Eastbourne which are suitable for beginners and intermediates and always demonstrate the steps. The most important things to remember while participating in a Zumba class are to let go, allow yourself to enjoy the class, it doesnt matter if you get the moves wrong as long as your moving!
